Just a quick little post before we get Zachs weekly letter, we got a small email from Elder Van Pelt as he arrived in Chile to let us know he had safely landed and was on his way. He also sent some pictures which I will happily share :)
Elder Van Pelt is super sad to be leaving the CCM as he has made a lot of friends and has been able to feel the spirit so strongly (it also helps that it looks like a resort). He said his testimony has grown so much in the last month in Mexico. Zach emphasized most in his email that we as members of the church need to work harder to help the missionaries in our area find those who are in need of the gospel. If you don't share your testimony, do. If you haven't handed out a Book of Mormon, give some out. We all have friends and family who are not active or have not even been a part of our church, be the light of Christ and invite them to sacrament meeting, dinner with the missionaries, or just share your testimony and plant a seed. We all can do better and share with our brothers and sisters the happiness we enjoy each and every day.
